option 1 individual drinks (best for small events)
We can prepare individual drinks, freshly made and ready to serve. This works well for smaller indoor gatherings where timing and setting help keep the drinks at their best. For larger outdoor events or longer timelines, we recommend considering our bulk tea or full-service options to ensure the freshest experience for your guests.
Recommended for: Small indoor events, private gatherings, short timelines.
OPTION 2 bulk tea in gallon bottles (great for self-service)
Perfect for easy, no-fuss service. We’ll prepare your selected teas in gallon bottles — each gallon serves about 9 cups. Ideal for self-serve stations at your event. You guests can create their own drinks by adding tea from our insulated dispenser and layer their drinks with toppings such as boba and jelly. It’s easy to set up and comes with everything you need: napkins, cups, straws. You can pick up from our shop or schedule delivery to your location.
Example: For a party of 100 guests, we recommend around 12 gallons.
Recommended for: Casual events, self-serve drink stations, larger guest counts.
OPTION 3 full-service tea bar
Bring the full Tenju Tea House experience to your event! Our team sets up a tea bar and serves fresh-brewed teas on-site. Our trained baristas handle brewing, service, and special requests, making sure your guests enjoy the best tea experience possible. This option adds an interactive and memorable element to your event.
Recommended for: Weddings, corporate events, large celebrations, special occasions.
